How do I schedule an appointment?
Give me a call and we’ll discuss if I am the right therapist for you. If we seem to match, we’ll schedule your first appointment, ideally within the week. If we seem not to be a strong match, I’ll suggest other therapists who may be of assistance.
What should I expect at the first appointment?
We’ll discuss what brings you in, how we can work together to reach your goals, and who else we might want to invite to the team. During the first session you may be asked some general questions (How are things going for you?) and some very specific questions (Are you taking any medications?). Ideally, you will leave with a plan and some ideas to try before we meet again.
